What’s WinterBash?

Blackspire’s Winterbash is the kingdom’s biggest winter gathering. Come join fighters, artisans, questers, and friends from across the realm for four days of battles, warm hearths, and unforgettable community. Whether you come for the combat, the crafting, the feasts, or simply the chance to laugh with old friends, Winterbash brings together everything that makes Blackspire special.

What food options are there for the event?*

General Meal Plan

Will there be Cabins? If so, how can I get one?

Cabins

  • 12 total cabins, each with 8–16 beds

  • All cabins have power & heat

  • 2 cabins are ADA-approved, each with a bathroom inside

  • Everyone attending gets a bed

  • Bring your own bedding

  • Cabin assignment process is being refined by Falcon

Cabin Priorities

  • Group requests honored when possible

  • ADA cabins prioritized for attendees with accessibility needs

  • Additional organization will take place after collecting group/ADA requests

    Is there cell service on site?

    We have tried the site with AT&T and Verizon phones and did not have good service on-site. However, the site has fantastic complementary WiFi and the password will be provided at gate. 

    Is car camping allowed? Will there be RV spots?

    Car Camping & RV Info

    • Car camping likely allowed, but should not be necessary due to abundant cabin space

    • At least one RV spot exists, currently taken—awaiting confirmation if more are available

    What is the Tent Camping Availability?

    Tent camping is allowed!

    You can set tents up anywhere along the tree line, except the following locations:

    • The main yard in front of the lodge
    • Directly around the fishing lodge
    • The small creek area.
    Are firepits allowed at Winterbash for tent campers?

    Fires are only permitted in the designated areas per camp rules.

    What should I bring for the winter weather?

    • Base Layers

    • Insulation Layers

    • Outer Layers

    • Waterproof Footwear

    • Bedding for the cabin

    • Gloves and other warming accessories
